About the Founder, Jay
As someone who has battled with severe anxiety and depression most of her life, positive thinking, fitness, and yoga has had a drastic impact on Jay's life.
Jay has been practicing yoga for 4 years and involved in athletics most of her life. These passions led her to become a RYT 200 yoga instructor and an ISSA certified trainer. She has acquired knowledge in various areas throughout her studies. Digestion, bloating, insomnia, etc. are some of the areas she has been able to assist people in due to acupressure. Mental heath, improved flexibility and mobility, and improved physical health are a few areas she has been gifted to aid people in as well.
Jay's mission is to help millions of people experience the power of mental and physical health. True growth comes from growing physically, mentally, and spiritually. Jay desires to help people nurture all three aspects and believe anything is possible. Let go of Negative Thinking. Invite in Positivity. And Flow with Life. Set goals and accomplish them. Jay is here to tell people "YOU CAN" and help them achieve their health desires and more mental peace.

Jay has been very instrumental in helping me with my fitness/health goals. I started my weight loss journey in October 2020. I started working with Jay December 2020. I've been successful in losing over 30lbs since my journey began. I'm in my mid 50's and I have arthritis in my left hip and knee. Jay has been incredible in working with me putting together personalized fitness plans in order to increase my mobility, flexibility, strength, and stamina. Since mental health is also very important Jay's been working with me teaching me how to meditate. I would definitely recommend her to anyone of any age. She is very knowledgeable. She will take the time That's needed to find out what your goals are and how she can help you on your personal journey.
It is not about the flexibility for me because we were born able to put our legs behind our backs. It is the fact that I get to use this practice to ground me and bring me back to source and alignment
